In these busy and chaotic times it is imperative to carve out time for self-care, and reflection. One cannot truly take care of another when their own life force is depleted. Whenever you are out of alignment with your Soul, you begin to feel underlying anger, sadness, and frustration. Often you’re stuck and unable to move forward. We all experience it at times. These are called awakening points, or calls for change. That is my specialty. Guiding others to find their way to a happy, empowered, and harmonious life is my greatest joy!
